Job Description
The Product Development Manager (PDM) is responsible for designing, developing, and commercializing innovative cybersecurity solutions leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and quantum technologies. The role combines product development, solution engineering, business enablement, and sales and marketing support to transform technology ideas into scalable cybersecurity offerings.
The position drives product adoption through go-to-market activities, customer engagements, solution positioning, and revenue generation while collaborating with Business Development, Sales, Technical teams, and technology partners. The role also leads, coaches, and mentors the Presales team to ensure effective technical engagements, solution demonstrations, and alignment with customer needs.
The PDM will support strategic vendor partnerships and certifications with leading technology providers to accelerate innovation, market expansion, and business growth.
Also the PDM will act as a senior to guide presales team in proposals quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Product & Solution Development
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to identify cybersecurity opportunities.
- Develop , enhance and market cybersecurity products, solutions, and managed services aligned with market needs aligned with latest trends such as AI and others…
- Design PoCs, prototypes, demos, integrations, and automation workflows for innovative use cases.
- Assess solution commercial feasibility, security impact, and business value.
- Document solution architectures, technical designs, and implementation guidelines.
Product Commercialization & Sales Enablement
- Manage the solution lifecycle from development to market launch.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development on positioning, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement.
- Carry on quota and sales target on the new products developed and ensure conversio ratio meeting KPIs set
- Follow up with sales team on product positioning and lead and opportunities development and conversion to sales target.
- Support technical presentations, demos, proposals, and customer evaluations.
- Translate customer needs into product enhancements and new solution opportunities.
- Drive adoption and revenue growth of cybersecurity solutions.
- Responsible for achieving sales quota on new product launched
Presales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and support the Presales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Coach and mentor presales engineers to enhance technical and customer-facing skills.
- Ensure quality in proposals, architectures, demos, and PoCs.
- Align customer requirements with business objectives and cybersecurity solutions.
- Improve sales opportunities through effective presales processes and collaboration.
Vendor Management & Strategic Partnerships
- Support vendor partnerships, certifications, and technology alliances.
- Collaborate with strategic partners on solution development and go-to-market initiatives.
- Track vendor roadmaps, product updates, and emerging technologies.
Innovation & Market Intelligence
- Monitor cybersecurity trends, threats, and market developments.
- Identify innovation opportunities and evaluate new technologies.
- Recommend improvements and strategic initiatives based on market and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product engineering, cybersecurity engineering, solution architecture, presales engineering, or related technical roles.
- Strong experience in developing cybersecurity solutions, integrations, APIs, automation workflows, and cloud-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies and security operations environments.
- Experience supporting sales cycles and converting technical solutions into business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven cybersecurity solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience with leading cybersecurity vendors such as Microsoft, CrowdStrike, UiPath, or similar technologies is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
